Hand Contour Extractor

This module identifies, and then extracts, the contour of (the relevant part of) a hand that is placed over a musical instrument keyboard. This is achieved via a sequence of chroma filters which separate the visible part of the keyboard keys from the rest of the image, followed by several bi-dimensional convolutional filters which emphasize and then extract the contour of the missing part of the chroma-chopped keyboard image.
